Judicial Realtime Training

Take your judicial career to the next competitive level, learn realtime theory with RFO’s Fundamentals of Realtime. This 4 week course is meant for students who want to learn the fundamentals of realtime theory by resolving their writing conflicts and overcoming word boundaries.

Fundamentals of Realtime is unique in that it does not teach tricks or shortcuts to writing.  Rather, it builds how you write and gives you strategies to be successful. The course is limited to 10 participants, assuring you will receive close attention from your instructor.

Fundamentals of Realtime Course Objectives:
  • Overview of being realtime ready
  • Evaluating your translation
  • Resolving your translation issues
  • Dictionary maintenance and development
  • Realtime job preparation
  • Writing exercises
  • Realtime self-evaluation

 

Entry requirement:  Must be an RPR or pass our instructor's writing evaluation. Thorough knowledge of CAT software is required.

To qualify for the course, RealtimeFitnessOnline requires a "realtime writing status evaluation." You will be provided instructions on writing a file with submission of your notes for review. Your training will then be tailored to fit your needs.

Cost: $300 for the 4-week course

If the Fundamentals of Realtime course is not completed in 4 weeks, the fee is charged again until completion is reached. 

Continuing Education Units: .04 CEUs

The Fundamentals of Realtime course is eligible for .04 CEU credits from the NCRA.
