Workshops

Online, interactive workshops will run between 60 to 90 minutes.  They are offered via the Elluminate meeting platform.  A URL for your meeting will be sent to you after you have successfully registered.   To register, click on the date that works for you. All workshop times below are listed in Eastern Standard Time.

Want to see a workshop on a particular subject, please let us know.   Write to workshop@realtimefitnessonline.com.

Workshops are free to Total Fitness and Getting in Shape subscribers.  Beginners Fitness subscribers are eligible for one free workshop per month.  Any additional workshops that the Beginners Fitness subscriber wishes to attend will be charged at $25 per workshop.  Non-subscribers are also welcome to attend for the cost of $49 per workshop. 

To reserve your spot, click on the date you desire.  Enrollment is limited to 10 persons per workshop.

Workshops are eligible for CEU credits from the National Court Reporters’ Association.
